Whilst her old sparring partner Whitney has floundered over the years , Mariah has been on cruise control since 2005's career reviving monster The Emancipation Of Mimi and last years consolidating if not as successful E=MC2. The ultimate diva releases Memoirs of An Imperfect Angel on August 24th.You may have already heard lead track the Regina George sounding , Eminem baiting "Obsessed". Mimi's recent rift with alleged ex -lover Eminem spilled over this year on Eminem's "Relapse" album when the controversial rapper took swipes at Carey's husband , actor Nick Cannon.
The track is an upbeat , Rn B bounce , not a million miles awya from Touch My Body but slightly better. expect it to be a US Number 1 as per usual.
